Upon the Master Plan for the Development of the QSUNT
The purpose of the modernization and further development of the quality of the service, the health care provider is seen as a critical assessment of the capacity of the needs of the hospital for a decade in the future. This process has led the drafting of the master plan for the development of the Center, the University Hospital “Mother Teresa”, which sets out the services that will be provided to the citizens, and the location of them, that will be the needed resources, both human and physical, for the proper functioning of the system and how it will be with them.
Through the project, the master plan for the QSUNT is to develop a framework for the strategic and the operational, which guides you about the distribution of these resources.
The goals of the Strategic Plan are:
- The provision of treatment of a stable and high-quality patient;
- The construction of the foundations for the optimalizimin processes, and organizational structures;
- Allocation-effective resource;
- The definition of the priorities that have to do with the investment required;
- Basing the master plan for the structure of the developed countries in history.
